Last week, we were so excited to have some great winter weather! This was Ella's first chance to play in the snow. It hardly snowed at all last year, and the one time it did, she was sick. So we took full advantage when Tom and I got off work early because of the weather. We headed home, bundled Ella up (think little brother on A Christmas Story..) and headed outside. She just kept saying, "Nooooo!!!!" (her version of the word "snow").
In order to play in the snow, a girl MUST have some pink snow boots. She thinks these are pretty awesome.

Back inside, rosy cheeks, ready for hot chocolate!!It was really fun playing in the snow again. It has been a long time since we had the chance to do that! Everytime we would come back inside, Ella would cry. It's hard with the little ones because they won't tell you when they're frost-bitten! I had to rely on the color of her cheeks :)

The snowflakes on the tongue pic is classic! I love that we get all this snow gear for them and we get like 2 inches :) Oh well, its fun anyway. Looked like a blast!
