From left.....Lu, Me, Larry and JoannieYesterday, I ran a 5k with some of my friends from work. It had been awhile since I ran one, so I must admit I struggled a little bit :) But it felt good to finish, and my favorite people from work ran it, too. In fact, my friends Joannie and Lu finished first in their age groups! I have slowly started running again, and it's a good feeling!

Wow! Go April. I am proud of you. I need to get into it (not back into it, since I have never been into it to begin with). I actually hate running with a passion, so I want to do it to overcome something. We'll see if it ever happens.
I've just started again too! It does feel really good. I love just being able to go out and run wherever, whenever. Congrats!
